Most people arrive with one question. Here is what this test can answer from a single photo, and what it cannot.
How attractive am I?
No photo test can settle that for everyone, because attraction also depends on expression, style, voice and who is looking. What this test can show is how one photo of your face lines up with four geometric references: symmetry, visible thirds, facial fifths and length-to-width. The 0-100 score sums those up, and each part is drawn on your photo so you can check it.
Am I pretty? Am I handsome?
The test reads the same landmarks on every face and never guesses gender, so it works the same way for women and men. A high score means close alignment with the references, not a verdict on pretty or handsome. Treat it as a description of your proportions, not a label.
Rate my face: what does the number mean?
Your face rating is a whole number from 0 to 100 built from four weighted components. It is not a percentile and not a looks rating from other people. Start with the strongest and weakest component: the result names both, and you can draw each one on your photo.
Does a low score mean I'm ugly?
No. A lower number means some measured distances in this photo sit further from the references. A tilted head, a close wide-angle selfie or uneven light can pull symmetry and proportions down, so retake the photo before reading anything into it. The references are one way to describe a face, not a standard it has to meet.

This tool uses AI to estimate facial landmarks, then applies fixed geometric rules to produce a face score. It explores one photo's proportions, not identity, age, gender, ethnicity, health or emotions. It cannot give a universal judgment of beauty.
The four components use the weights shown above: symmetry 35%, visible thirds 25%, fifths 25% and length-to-width 15%. Each component is rounded before weighting, then the total is rounded. The About page explains the current scoring rules.

No photo, landmarks or result are uploaded by the tool or written to browser storage. They remain in temporary memory during the session. Only a download you choose creates a saved result file; website delivery still uses network connections. The optional paid Full Face Report is separate: it uploads one photo, only after you agree, to make AI hairstyle try-ons, and deletes it once they are made.
There is no universal cutoff for a good face score. A higher number means closer alignment with this tool's selected geometric references, not a population rank. Read the components and photo confidence together; this is not a medical assessment.
The score runs from 0 to 100, so dividing by ten gives a rough 10-point view. It is still a geometry score, not a looks rating out of 10 from real people, and not a population rank. The four components explain more than the single number.
Angle, camera distance, expression, crop and lighting can change the visible geometry and estimated landmarks. Compare similar front-facing photos rather than treating every difference as a change in your face. Better photo conditions do not guarantee a higher score.
Photo conditions are the usual cause. A tilted head lowers symmetry, a close selfie lens enlarges the nose and chin, and a low camera lengthens the lower third. Retake the photo at arm's length, straight on and in even light, then compare the components rather than the total alone.
The rules are fixed, not randomized. The same photo in the same browser, landmark model and scoring version should repeat the result. Different devices or versions may estimate landmarks differently, so identical scores across all environments are not guaranteed.
